For buying advertisements or for earning money with PTC sites, you will need 2 things to start.
First of all, you will need an email adress that will not block received emails. I suggest gmail from Google.
Secondly, you will need a payment proccessor. Most PTC sites use Alertpay and a few, but only a few use Paypal as well. You can create in both of them a free account. You also can add a credit card if you want.
Ones you have your email and payment proccessor set-up, then you are ready to register for a free account on PTC sites. After you have registered an account, then you are ready to view the ADS.
